Dear Cartoonist
The times of "crisis" are not democratic.
Inequality increases, even if solidarity is not decreasing.
Only humor can bring order to the world!
Therein is the reason for the proposed theme for the PortoCartoon 2012: The rich, the poor, the proteste.
It is hoped a Tsunan of indignation?
Are we looking for new kinds of democracy?
We shall see.
