 Competition rules:

1.THE  DRAWINGS MUST BE SENT IN ORYGINAL VERSIONS AND A CD COPY IN GOOD RESOLUTION MUST BE ATTACHED.
2.THE FORMATS OF THE WORKS SHOULD NOT EXCEED THE A-4 !!!
3.EACH WORK SHOULD BE SIGNED ON THE REVERSE AND BEAR THE AUTHOR'S FULL ADDRESS
4.THEME: “FISH, FISHERMEN, FISHING, ANGLERS”
5.THE FOLLOWING PRIZES HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED:
1 st         PRIZE OF 2500 PLN
2 nd x 2  PRIZE OF 1500 PLN
6.THE WORKS MUST ARRIVE BY 30 SEPTEMBER 2012!!!
7.AFTER THE EXPOSITION,ILLUSTRATIONS BECOME THE PROPERTY OF ORGANIZER AND MAY BE USED FOR PROMOTION PURPOSES END EXHIBITION.
8.THE WINERS AS WELL AS CARTOONISTS QUALIFIELD TO PARTICIPATE IN THE POST-COMPETITON EXHIBITION SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH A FREE COPY OF A CATALOGUE PUBLISHED BY ORGANIZRS
